Appointments and consultations
Appointments may be booked online, by phone or in person. Subtly You may reschedule, decline or cancel when necessary. A booking or consultation does not guarantee treatment will be performed.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment is due at purchase or service unless specified. Errors in pricing or availability may be corrected.
Promotions and offers
Unless a specific offer says otherwise:
- Promotions may not be combined.
- Bonus or promotional gift cards may not be used toward discounted services.
- Botox special pricing may not be used toward lip flips unless explicitly stated.
- Offers have no cash value, are not retroactive and may have expiry or eligibility terms.
Gift cards
Purchased gift cards may be used toward eligible services or products, subject to restrictions. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and may not be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law.
Packages and prepaid services
Unless otherwise stated, packages and prepaid services are valid for one year from original purchase or initial sign-up. They are generally non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations and late arrivals
Clients are asked to provide 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellation, no-show or late arrival may result in a fee, lost deposit, shortened appointment or booking restrictions.
Refunds and results
Completed services, injectable treatments, packages and prepaid services are generally non-refundable. Outcomes and duration vary; no specific result or satisfaction is guaranteed.
Client responsibility
Clients must provide complete, accurate health history, medications, allergies, contraindications and prior-treatment information, and follow pre-care and post-care instructions.
Website and intellectual property
The website may be used only for lawful purposes. Branding, text, logos, graphics, photos, video, service names and design elements belong to Subtly You unless stated otherwise.
Liability and refusal of service
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subtly You and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Service may be refused where permitted for safety, conduct, suspected fraud, policy abuse or treatment unsuitability.
Changes and governing law
Terms may be updated without prior notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
